These are the most beautiful pictures I have seen of the people and places in JA in a long long while.. It warmed my spirit and makes me homesick (esp the mountain pics).

Fried Corn is cornmeal fried dumplin... a little flour to give it paste...but mostly cornmeal...with sugar...its rolled into what is known as Festival, synomynous with Hellshire Beach.

let me say.. that as i was heading on the northcoast.. i looked on my map once again for this town... and my partner in crime agreed to take me... and i am so happy i went...was a wonderful few hours.....

I got out of the car several times and walked... and throughly enjoyed myself.... walking into peoples yards.. talking .. and of course shooting away with the camera...
