Yes, Daddy came home on yesterday morning's flight. He walked out of Customs while before he was wheeled out when arriving from London only 4 weeks ago.

I stopped by last night to greet him and he quickly rose from his seat and hugged me like a family member. It was strange to see the big smile on his face along with a misty tear belying the knowing look in his eyes. He now understands why I love Jamaica and he has been converted too. :love:

After seeing him move so freely, his son in Boca wants to send for Jennifer (the massage lady) to treat him here in the US! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

The $100 R/T that he got when we purchased that last ticket didn't seem important to him when I handed it over prior to the flight but now he was strongly clutching it like a new lease on life.

We are now planning our return trip in November for a Scorpio Party to celebrate my Birthday and the Birthdays of two other Scorpios who have recently entered my life.

I just got this picture of Daddy with his long white hair streaming down his shoulders with a Hibuscus flower over his left ear, he's swinging in a hammock and sipping on some tall island drink with fruit hanging off the glass and a little umbrella in it , Jennifer is masaging his feet and he has this big old smile plastered on his face.

someone asked earlier what Bourbon Beach used to be called.

Most people will say de Buss but that is slightly innaccurate. De Buss used to be run by a man/woman team that split. They fought over the name, and Bourbon Beach was built just off De Buss. The man was cursed by the woman, and died 9 days after the curse was laid, if memory serves me correct.

So De Buss sort of changed names. The actual bus is still there, though well overgrown.

Just thought I'd interject, now back to the pics, lol...

That's so funny that you're planning a Scorpio party. We talked about scheduling a Sagittarian party for December 05 (Mr. Coffee is a Sag, as is our Red Ground friend, as are a number of our stateside friends). I don't know how an earth girl like me gets surrounded by all this fire!

Great photos & narrative. I woke up really early this morning and used the time to start writing mine. I don't have the hang of posting photos yet, so I'll get to that too...

I think on my next trip this is a place to visit. How does the average tourist find out when some of the parties are being held?
Does Shereth communicate with Solomon and Sienna?
Are the horses up there now and could we just go up and ride them?
Who controls them, is it a stable with an office?

As Shereth is just getting things started, a firm schedule has not been made for parties. She is thinking of having what Jamaicans call a "Freaky Pary" on Saturday Nights (once, twice or maybe more a month) and a "Crazy Party" on other Saturday nights of the month.

Sienna and Shereth do talk on the phone a few times a week, I believe.

The horses are up there now and Sienna said she is going to look into what will be the arrangements to use them. If you talk to Sienna, ask her to do this, okay?

Bill such a lovely report. The place is beautiful as well. I have serveral projects I am just putting in the fire and your place seems to be a perfect spot. Tell me, if I travel out of town would I be going towards the AI area or towards downtown. Say, from the Rui, how far is your place. I need to get a mental picture of where you are located.

I am so happy that "Daddy" loved Jamaica. His story is one of the sweetest ones that I have read. Really heart warming.

Sorry it took me so long to get to your report, I have of course been battling depression ever since I got home. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Finally got on top of it by talking about the trip with some friends. When I thought about it, it's selfish to be so bratty when I've just been SO EXTREMELY lucky to be able to make it back to Jamaica again.

That party was something else. I wish I had taken pictures of that dancer with the DJ when he was dancing on the edge of the pool. He had serious skills!

We were some of the people dancing on the roof, it was so nice up there. And it was great to meet Coffeegyal and Mr. Coffee [img]/forums/images/graemlins/704555_dwl.gif[/img] , all the way from Alaska.

Sienna and Sala, so sorry I missed you! Between that party, Negril and Little London you would think we would have run across each other by now. Oh well, maybe next time.

Anyway, Bill, thanks for sharing, do you have more pictures?

Yes, I have a few more pictures but don't want to share most of them in cyberspace. You know what problems that can cause!

I am looking forward to reading your report and hope to see a few pictures from the party when you post.

Some minor health issues and job responsibilities have delayed some of the work on the web site but I hope to catch up soon. I talked to Shereth yesterday and she is planning a few pool parties over the next month or so and she was saying that she would be happy to host a "Mini Bashment" gettogether if people wanted to get meet over a great Jamaican meal and drinks.

I miss Jamaica very much and can't wait to move there permanently soon.
