Okay, for my first piece of exciting news....our own Jahbless has set up a fundraiser, with the help of another friend of Little Bay, for the Little Bay All Ages school. Please see the link here:

We MUST help to improve literacy, both child and adult, in this area.

I also want to point out that I edited my earlier post regarding places to stay in Little Bay to include a guest house, that Jahbless and her fiance will be opening soon, Dancing Dolphin. It is on the water in lovely Salmon Point. The house and the website will be up and running soon, and I will post further info when I have it. In the meantime, Jahbless is recovering from surgery, so please send her prayers and positive energy, so she can return to our beloved Jamaica soon and PERMANENTLY!!!! Best of luck Jahbless!

My other piece of news is also exciting, at least for me...and perhaps for some of you as well....remember the beautiful home that I showed you that Cudge has built? Well, he hopes to open a guest house as well!

It will be called Purple Rain.....remember the paint brush? For those of you who are interested in experiencing the real Jamaica, it should be the perfect place. If you wish, contact me in a couple of weeks for info and the website....

His hair is real, older dreads used wax so it is not unusual for them to have all or most of their hair from the time they started.

am still working on the better person part, but jamaica has definitely touched that part of me that sometimes stays frozen
