child, i'm juuuust about old enough to be your mother, and i am not, but this statement shows that you and i are related spirits. i sometimes tell people that when i first visited barbados years ago, travelling directly from jamaica, i felt a little disoriented because there were no mountains. in jamaica, you are always in the mountains' embrace.

i also like the parts of your report where you talk about just going into a zone from being in jamaica. i'm the same way. and your pics of early morning on the beach...

I didn't take pics on the drive to and from Mayfields so I am so happy to get to enjoy yours! missing JA bad this weekend and this is giving me such a wonderful treat ... the bush just overwhlemed me and filled my eyes direct to my heart! No matter how often I return. Pictures on digtal or 35 mm, or camcorder, seeing Jamaica thru the eyes and Heart of spirits like yours who Gets IT and Loves It as most of us do, there are No words.

Even though I returned last night the first thing upon return was to come to Your and GReen Biscuits Reports because I needed to feast my eyes upon that Beautiful Place again before I went to bed last night.

Thank You and Little Miss for taking the time from your Busy schedule to give me more to Dream about last night.

Orbra...I feel honored...thank you so much for the kind words, Jamaica Miss tell Ted I said hi, it was so nice meeting both of you. Liz thanks for joining the fiesta....I think I'll find the time to post a bit more tommorow. I swear that Saturday was the day that never ended...I was reviewing the pics and my eyes were crossing.

To The Falls
So again, I’m going to give you the highlights and let the pictures speak for themselves. First of all- Mayfields is aptly called the River Walk. I knew that it would be a lot of steps and walking and this did not scare me. Well let me back that up. It did not scare me walking down all those steps, but I didn’t know how I would make it back up. Mayfields-It is so beautiful. I just didn’t expect it. Again of course you will get to see it’s beauty because I couldn’t stop taking pictures. I also had a moment’s hesitation at that bamboo bridge which was equally as beautiful. I just hoped that it didn’t collapse beneath me. It was very sturdy so, no problems. We walk all the way down the stairs, across the bridge and keep walking before we get to the actual river. Dave is still playing his role as professor and is pointing out things to us here and there. Again, to be honest I missed most of it. I was just in a trance over how I was standing again in the middle of all this wild beauty. I think the best way to tell you about it is to show you. Please come with me.
