I'm at work about to cry. I so missed my vacation this year, and with all that is not going right in my world this was a bitter-sweet trip. I am so glad to see the pictures of some of my favorite people (especially @ Negril Palm hotel -- I still have my gift from Chef). I loved the pictures, and I am remiss that I missed meeting Momma B and Angie's babies (I hope they didn't mean-mug Baby B too much [img]/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] ). The pictures of the island, of the spots, the waterfalls and the food -- my lunch paled in comparison, just made me a bit weepy. People keep coming past my office to ask me what's wrong. I know my case of the blues is not helped by having missed my annual sabatacal, and the pains that I feel won't be healed until I can get away from all of this.

I am glad that you all weathered the storm safely, and talking with Doc and Marilyn since they have returned reminded me of what I missed this year. The pictures were great Marilyn (I'll be "borrowing" a few later), and as usual you showed another group of ladies why JA is such a beautiful place filled with hidden treasures. I am going to start my "send MsKat to JA fund" and see if I can get some of my department to contribute to it.

I hope Jasmyne enjoyed Ghana this summer, because next year she is going to Detroit!! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

I've known him for four years, and his father. He knows precisely what I do with his pictures and knows about the calendar with his picture as well. He has never been anything but friendly and agreeable about our relationship (model/photographer).
