Re: TRIP REPORT!! 10 Days and a sore bum!
After we stuff our faces we get back in the truck and finish the drive up the mountain. After only a few minutes we are in Mandeville.

See The Blue Nissan parked in front of BiggerRed's house?
We go tearing into the house and I see 3 of the things that ended up making my time in Mandeville so enjoyable:

Oh and course! How could I forget:

We mix a couple of drinks and climb into bed. We are both exhausted, the windows are open, the air is cool, and it lulls us into a wonderful deep sleep.
The next morning we wake with the sun. I am dragging Red out of the house b/c I saw an Orange I just had to have for breakfast. It was at the top of the tree and no amount of shaking would turn it loose. Leave it to Red, half asleep and with swollen eyes, he manages to get my orange.

Yum! I don't even care that juice is running off my chin and I have pulp in my teeth. The juice is sweet and satisfies a huge craving. What a way to start the day!
I go back out into the yard and start snapping pictures of the flowers. There are so many and they are all so beautiful. Red's step mother has quite the green thumb and with the help of Jamaica's weather, can make just about anything grow.
