Yes, I am. I practice primarily in Texas, but my immigration practice is nationsl.

Quesiton.

Recently, a friend of mine (Jamaican national)became a US citizen. Will this pose a problem if she plans to travel home for months at a time? Would it have been better if she got dual citizenship? What is the benefit (are the benefits) of dual citzenship? {I mean after all, if she goes to Jamaica and fits right in, they can't REALLY say she isn't a Jamaican citizen right}

Well, I've been practising immigration law for 5 years now. I went to Western New England College Scool of Law in Springfield, MA and before that, went to University of Delaware.

I graduated from Kingston College (KC) in 1986. I grew up primarily in Montego-Bay before moving to Kingston.

I practice all different areas of immigration law, including representing immigrants in deportation hearings and in state criminal hearings. I also do H-1B visas, visas for nurses and other types of employment based visas. I also help clients obtain k-fiance visas and Petitions for Alien Relatives.

In response to the first question. Unfortunately, under the current immigration laws, a cousin cannot petition for another cousin. That cousin could be eligible for other types of visas though.
