This is about the third time you've tried to assign some memory you have to me. I never hired machete wielding Jamaicans to do other than chop bush a yard.

I bought the land along with a German national and a Jamaican friend from a farming family in the area who had no use for a mostly marl hillside upon which there was mostly macca and little grass for de cow dem.

I assumed that since you are so enamored of Eddie Seaga and all that he's done to get Jamaica where it is today that Christopher Coke would be your type of guy.

How much must they be paying you in order to you to afford those hallucinogenics?

On the serious side, check the board history and you will not find any claim I might have made regarding hiring Jamaican machete men for violent ends.

In context Remo I felt it was important to point out that Tuff Gong's claim was both unsubstantiated by him and also untrue because I know it to be untrue.

An unsubstantiated story can indeed be true even though there is no proof available.

In any case, you can choose to believe Tuff Gong or not. His fiction just adds to my already legendary stature in the fora. His story, while interesting is at worst an attempted smear, a fig newton of his imagination or at best, the product of a mind that also finds Edward Seaga somehow admirable.

You were the one that came hear with the story of the machete man chasing off some intruders off your land, the process handing out out his own justice, on your behalf.

You were the one who came here with the story of the land. A story in which to justify your ownership you claimed the previous owners left never return because of the fear of violence.

You were the one who came here regaling the board with stories of you smoking weed which is illegal in the USA and Jamaica an d for which Mr. Coke stand accused of importing into to the USA.

Based on the above facts, it would seem the way closer to Dudus in terms of social activities than I am.

The excellently run Jamicans.com website has accurate and extensive archives. You go and find anything I posted in the past ten years or so that comes close to what you claim I posted. I'm telling you and all that what you are saying in the first two paragraphs is close to pure fiction. It's not true.
I will not call you a liar because it's most likely that you are just confused. We all know you have a vivid and active imagination and a penchant for warping history to serve your purposes but on this I have you by the short hairs.


On the last paragraph about smoking weed: I was in my twenties and lived in a large hippie/radical anti-war (Vietnam) arty, gay, community known as Beacon Hill in Boston.
Of course I smoked weed. I also tried mescaline, mushrooms, opium and LSD.
I even drank a beer or two and a reasonable amount of Boone's Farm Apple wine.
In other words, I did what everyone else did for chemical, herbal mind alteration..
And yes you're right at that time Dudus was my personal supplier when he was just getting into the business at 7 years of age. Tough guy even then. I had to pay him off in Lada bags full of of sweeties.


Enough. When your current dose of acid wears off, go find the proof of what you claim I said and we'll get over this.

It was evident that:

1) He (or people on his behalf) paid men JA$100,000 to come and fight on his behalf. I know this to be true, as a couple of persons I was aware of affirmed the payment, went to Kingston for the purpose, and are now dead.

2) The persons who blocked the streets and fired on the security forces were not shy to declare on whose behalf they were doing these acts.

In my opinion, even based on these two things alone - he did not have to order each individual violent act to be accountable for the whole.

Bottom line is these were not random, violent acts of mob mentality, these were coordinated attacks on the symbols of state authority.
