Yes; I had it dual-installed with Vista and will do the same with Windows 7. I use it primarily when I need quick access to the web but not any Windows programs (quicker load time, no startup programs, etc.)

Yes, mek sure yuh talk back tuh wi, soh wi can help yuh through som ah di hurdles. Even if everything goh smoothly, still mek wi know soh smaddi else whe ah contemplate Win-7 can also benefit from yuh experience.

As fi, mi mi still ah play around wid ie pan mi older XP laptop. Mi did som walk around solutions fi som ah di issues mi ran into, but di last hurdle, which is di correct video driver fi di specific intel chip, still ah kick mi behine. Mi caa run Win Moviemaker as a rsult.

Did you know that Mac is developing a PC based E/Reader?

I thought it would be safe to check back now on Windows 7. How is going for those who upgraded? Also did anyone upgrade from Vista to Windows 7? I am talking about a straight upgrade not a clean install. Did you lose any files during the upgrade?

you'll regret asking, but

the only issue i have with Win7 is logging on to j.com. it refuses to keep my login on....logs me out everytime i leave the site, no matter what i do.

occasionally, i log in, go to a page...only to be asked to log in AGAIN.

other than that....oh yeah...

for some reason, it won't let me delete all my emails. i can delete about a dozen, then i get an error message. not sure if that's a WIN7 thing or a windows live messenger thing.

Is the Jamaicans.com issue happen in IE or Firefox? Where is the email you are trying to delete? Is it in Outlook or is it in another program?
