Watched Shawshank Redemption last night with Ted and his friend Cock (sorry I don't know his real name) who is in the area doing some work. I had seen the movie years ago but they had never seen it. They both thought it was a great movie. I may try Dolores Claiborne on them tonight.

Things are fine with us and Ted has been putting in lots of hours at the craft market. Someone offered him a price less than what he paid for the item, so he told the guy, "I'm not hungry, so I don't have to sell summin for less than I paid for it".

Hey hey to jaith! The nice weather was grand but it is starting to cool off here already but it was nice while it lasted!

Outside is a muddy mess. I cleaned some yard now am working on the house. I'm not even spring cleaning yet because I'm going to do that once I can open windows so I don't end up doing it twice.

I'm moving all my beading stuff back out to the shop and out of my living room! I saved enough wood to last in case an ice storm knocks us out but now I have a HUGE pile up at Val's that's coming soon so I can start a fire out there more often. I have more wood coming from somewhere else too but it's all been buried in the snow! So, I'm back to being able to heat the shop any day I want!

Back to my laundry and floor scrubbing vacuming and refrigerator cleaning!

Good morning Jamaicans.com family!

I haven't lost much yet to tell.. So I don't have any good pics yet.. Everyone keeps telling me they can see the loss in my face.. I can't.. But, next week I go get the band tightend so hopefully the weight will start coming off. I have lost 30lbs put 3 back on cause I am eating solid foods now.. So, hopefully after next week and starting the gym again it will come off.. I just want everyone to know this isn't a diet this is a life change.. I eat less, cut out red meat, eat more green veggies.. NO SODA AT ALL! It will kill me if I drink it.. The carbonation gives me gas bubbles so bad I think I am having a heart attack.. And you get a lot of gas from not eating as much.. If anyone has any ?'s I will answer them..

Oh and Rootsie I am smoking again!! Don't beat me it's way less than what I was smoking..

The first place I always notice weight loss is in the way my clothes fit. I can't see it, but people notice and my clothes aren't as tight. 30 pounds is a lot to lose so give yourself more credit.

Ocala... ok. I have a friend in Orlando that I have yet to visit but will definitely hook up when I finally get there.

So, I came home yesterday and it had gotten pretty cool in the house so I went to close the window in my LR/Dr... I noticed the yard next door looked cleaner than it had all winter and then thought I saw sawdust all over the ground... Then I realized.... They cut down ALL THE TREES!!!

There's not a huge space between this house and the one next door, maybe like a double wide driveway size space. There were 3 or 4 big old maple trees in that space and they cut em down to the ground.

The good thing is, I'll now have more sun coming in my windows. The bad news is I'll now have more sun coming in my windows... AND there'll be a clear shot from my windows to theirs all summer.

I'll miss my spring buds and the squirrels and birds. But I'll have some beautiful morning light. oping it won't change the coolness I get on summer nights.
