Sooooo... what's up for the weekend? Who's doin what?
Tonight I am getting a haircut... maybe. Then I'll be cooking for Sunday's Birthday party. Willl still be cooking tomorrow. Making meatballs for 40...
Of course, since I'm making sauce anyway, I'll be making enough sauce for myself & my mom & Sean & .... This means mushrooms, red peppers, italian sausage & pork ribs as well as the meatballs. Been a while since I made a vat of homemade sauce. 
Tomorrow night we have a surprise 30th birthday party for my oldest nephew. His wife has rented a hall and hired a DJ. Catered buffet & Cash bar.
Sunday is mi likkle Jakie's 2nd birthday party.
I think I see a budding artist. 
He absolutely loves to use markers & crayons & pencils. He has markers & pencils here as well as home. Last week at my brother's house he was being very quiet and when I found him he had found a box of colored pencils and was trying to get it open. I opened it and gave him paper and he spent about 30 minutes just "drawing". That's a long stretch for a 2 year old.
When I was talking to his mom yesterday, he was busy "drawing" with his markers. And he actually uses the paper.
His mom's brother is quite an artist and of course we have some artistic gene's on his daddy's side as well.
Well I'm off...

I am going to my 7yr old grandson schools talent show this morning. He is supposed to be singing, this should be a hoot.

Hey Q.K I make spaghetti sauce like yours! Good stuff! I leave out mushrooms though but spaghetti sauce has to have pork in it or it just ain't right. Falling apart cooked all day pork ribs, yep! All the partying sounds pretty fun!
Have fun at the games NDG! I'm so not sure what I will do yet this weekend. My body is fighting off getting a cold so I feel halfway like crap. The feeling good parts is gonna have to carry me through my day today.
Maybe this will be my last below zero morning for this season. I sincerely hope so or I might construct a similar letter to the weather man kinda like the one sent to the maxi pad people.

Yep I'm gonna try. Business wise its a pretty good idea, seems like blogging is the big thing now. I'm new to the idea but next week I should be up and running I can't believe what goes into it and what you can get out of it!

Ok, so the sauce is simmering except for the meatballs, my morning project then they'll cook all day and be perfect for sunday.
