Dude, I hear the local honey works well. A teaspoon every morning. Source should be within 50 miles or lesss.
I take Zyrtec (the generic is much cheaper) I have skin allergies and it keeps the itching at bay. Also haven't had a sniffle since I started taking them.

Nanook, check your local DMV site, after so many years a title may not be required.

Roots, you have a never ending supply of pics don't?

Had fun yesterday with Mom. Went as far as Rockport then stopped in Essex for fried seafood. Of course after that we all needed a nap... We were home before sunset. Beautiful rocky coastline on the north shore. I'll post a few pics once I get them uploaded.

Today's big job besides spring cleaning will to be to take my full size spare tire out of the trunk for safe keeping. The new car has a donut. I will give the donut with the current car when I sell it and keep the full size spare for me!

QK i miss boston i love the seafood up there and the town

abu and i are searching for a new puppy - told my mom and she said "you don't even have a job" - i told her it was the best time to get the puppy so i could spend time training it before going back to work - whenever that is

stormmey - i bet you have one heck of a hangover - some oxtails might help

Yo Seveen! I'm wonderin how Stormmey is feelin too. She was in a bun fyah mood this morning for sure! You are right about now being the right time to get a fur baby since you are actually home!

Of course I had the title in a safe place! A safe place from going on a decade ago that is! Ihave a good memory but it's short. It was in the last place I looked.

I just had a 2 1/2 hour clawfoot session and god did that ever feel good. I hadn't done that since early last fall because I simply wasn't going to pay the extra $$ to heat the room to use extra water. Instead...all winter I used the smaller bubble bath tub which wasn't really all that great. There was no sunny window so soak under for one thing!

This was a spot where we stopped yesterday at Marblehead light.

Sigh! Glad you found that title Nooks! That would have been a pain to get another one.

Seeven, what kind of puppy are you looking at? My brother's bichon frise just had 5 puppies the other day. They are so cute....solid white. They are very good with kids but a grooming nighmare.

This weekend was perfect weather...sunny and 70! Everything has started to bloom. The cherry trees are beautiful....the azalea's will start blooming this week. My favorite time of year to see all the new life.

It looks like I'm gonna be crippled for a while. I've got a torn tendon in my leg. It hurts like the devil when I stay up on it for very long. It's a burning pain.

So, I had a Jake filled day yesterday. We helped his daddy change the tire, had races in the yard... the 3 yard dash. He cheats. He runs on 2.
We walked to the likkle store down the street and then we came home to make a mess. He learned how to stack 13 cat food cans with the tab side up. And he found the box of sidewalk chalk that was in his travelling bag.
He was very upset trying to find a surface the chalk would work on.
Soooo, not wanting to stifle his artistic urges, I showed him how well it would work on my purple door.

He did insist that I join him. I guess that made it ok.

Well here is an example of why I hate Spring

Freezing rain until noon today. Last night I thought I was gonna get blown off the bridge to Minnesota! The gusts were blowing the cars all around, and to top it off my driveway has turned to a muddy mess that with all this weather has me wondering if I might get stuck in here for awhile.

Marnin Schultz! Nothing could happen with the car on the weekend because I won't take it till I am sure it's insured. Then the people wanting my current Dodge are trying to raise money to buy it but this is getting kind of late. I will be sad not to sell it because if I leave it at the dealer it is surly headed to the crusher. Cripes I scrubbed the interior with a toothbrush this weekend and it looks so nice and it is sad because there really is nothing wrong with it but 197,000 miles.

Maybe I will just see if I can keep it for a beater for the dump and feed store and bad weather in winter stuff then.

I am not sure I will be able to get in and out my driveway after this rain we're getting so I may be having a long walk to the car this week and park at the end of my driveway, over a city block away. I can barely crawl out now through the springtime mud. I hate mud season!!!

Morning everybody! Nanook, I'll have you know that you inspired me in a major way yesterday with all your talk of spring cleaning. I pulled everything out of my pantry that wasn't nailed down, purged, mopped, organized and have four bags of trash sitting by the curb for my effort.

QK send Jake down here with his chalk. I'll let him hook my neighbors right up with some original art . He's so adorable!

mornin peeps. ...had a big windstorm last night and a dead tree fell in the yard, fortunately missing everything. Now I gotta go find a chainsaw somewhere. ....and our cat "Betty" has a mouse cornered in the bookshelf. LB gets off work in a few minutes. She'll love coming home to that!
I don't get it. She can tackle me and my chit, but a little mouse can send her up on a chair.
