I went and got her favorite dinner of Chicken Parma with pasta and salad.
For Dessert I went to a little bakery and got those little fruit tarts and chocolate cakes she loves.
And a good cup of coffee for after dinner.
We set up her tray with two chairs and enjoyed ourselves over a good meal.It was nice seeing how she's in a private room.Only thing missing was the candle....lol
That hospital food is not the best to say the least....yuck.
It sure picked up her spirits along with the many phone calls she got through out the day.

We talked about how all our boardie friends that are sending best wishes and prayers her way and she is deeply touched by you All. Thank you very much from both of us.

We also talked about Jamaica and as much as she wants to see Bette Middler in Vegas , Ja wins again.
We hope we can plan a trip in May or June once this battle is over. Nothing like a little beach time to heal our souls for sure.

So many people go through their whole lives never finding the kind of love that you and Betty have.

I have not been in the RYM thread for a long time so I missed what happened to put her back in the hospital

I pray for you and Betty. God has blessed you with a love so strong strangers can feel it.

May you have many, many more years to show us all that true love does exist.

RastaStan, for a hospital birthday it sounds like a pretty good day for Betty! I hope they did find the source of problems, the bad version of House sounds like a nightmare.

Yeppers Bandi,mi been wantin to run mi mout real bad for lang time now!

I wish I could stay home today but nooooo.

Marnin Annshan! We're having a sunny day again today too! Highs in the 40's it is finally Spring here.

I came home to most of my snow melted. There is just some around the edges of my yard and in the woods. And most of the mud has dried up in my driveway! It seems we didn't get the foot of snow over on this side of the big pond that fell in Minnesnowta last week!

Nice to see people in here before me!

Met a friend for dinner last night at my favorite chinese place last night... oh lord di food sweet!
Hot n sour soup, noodles with garlic sauce, boneless bbq pork, egg foo yong &amp; the best crispy shrimp on the planet!!

The food here is so good, my friend drives 2 hours from the cape to meet for dinner there. I have other friends who drive 2 hours from Connecticut for dinner there.
During the appetizers I called my friend in Florida and she told me I sucked!!

I know I sure don't have time anymore! Plus there is all the stuff that goes along with cooking. The shopping, the dishes and the trash too. Yes I think this will be a take out day and maybe I'll get some extra hot Schezwan spicy beef or sumtin and some egg rolls.
