I was in my room getting ready for Bunny Wailer and all of a sudden I am dancing... where is that music coming from

I open the door and see there is a 3 piece band outside my room... The lady's voice was magical.
I had to dance all the way over in front of her and show my appreciation!!





The next day when I talked with the manager of NBCC she said that the lady had been doing an interview, and because if my response and the response of others they would be bringing her back. </span>

The show took forever to kick off, and I see this man pull up one cynder block and almost BOAL...


The early performers were ok I guess.. there was one guy who I actually enjoyed quite a bit but is only 2 songs him sing...

Yellowman came on, and I stood up... wrong idea.. apparently I was more approachable standing... this man comes to me with a txt msg on his phone asking where my date is, and telling me I am beautiful... he says to respond with my own phone... the unique approach makes me smile and I write back thanking him for the compliment and telling him I don't need a date...

I sit back down hoping he will go away, but he doesn't

Instead he sits down next to me and spills his bear all down the front of my dress

Okay, this night is going from bad to worse...

I tell him again that I am not interested, and I ask him to gwan and go, with a little gesture of my hand...

Well, apparently that was the wrong thing to say

Dude gets <span style="font-weight: bold">right up in my face</span> and starts pounding his chest

I watch him storm off, his baxside swinging
(sorry but I have to laff the way im baxside did swing, and how fast im march, it look like one <span style="font-weight: bold"> <span style="color: #000099">xxxxx</span></span> man )


anyway...

my vibe is completely blown, I reek of bear, and I am a little paranoid about <span style="font-weight: bold"> <span style="color: #000099">xxxxx</span></span> man coming back


I gathered my stuff and got the nearest taxi out of there...

<span style="font-size: 11pt">So I reach back home, and change out of my beer soaked dress. I go out on my veranda, and just sit and listen to the tree frogs.

I notice a security guard sitting in a chair on the side of my condo...

I wonder why he is there instead of out on the beach, and I decide to ask him...

He comes over to the rail and tells me there are some guys behind Errol's and he is not quite sure of their intentions...

One look on him and I wonder what he could do against 3 guys...

I see the baton in his hand and ask if he has ever had to use it. He says that he has not, and he finds that most things can be solved by talking to someone rather than using the baton...

This makes me smile and I take a closer look at him... he is young, and small, maybe the same height as me, but he looks almost porcelain.
His skin is flawless, and his eyes are a perfect almond shape with 3 different shades of brown... He is beautiful...

He asks why I am home so early...

wrong question, because I was in the mood to tell somebody about my evening

I was on a roll as I described the night I had, and I had him busting out a few laughs over it

We talked about everything under the sun that night. The conversation just flowed...

He lost his mother when he was 18, me at 19... his birthday is the day after Imanni's and I have always had a common ground with Capricorns...

He never once hit on me (probably because of my rant about the earlier events )

When I told him that I had given up on love, he quoted Cor. 13:13 and stopped me in my tracks...

If ya'll were paying attention you would know that I bought a ring with &quot;Faith, Hope and Love&quot; on it right before I left...

As the words left his mouth I turned on my porch light and showed him the scripture on my ring

Some conversations just make you go hmmm...

This was one of those, and it lasted for nearly 2 hours before I said goodnight and went to bed...

His name started with an A.
I told him that I will call him Angel, because he was my angel that night.
He restored my faith in good people everywhere.
