Sammy, it was the first time that I had the fish. Portion size was good, flavor good and it wasn't dry I'd ordered lobster so many times before, and on my August trip, I branched out to their jerk chicken. I decided to expand my taste buds this trip

I'm leaving for lunch right now. Thai Food restaurant for Soup. Love living in Los Angeles, you can eat all around the globe in a week and within a 2 block radius

Your words are artfully chosen, with a deliberation that makes me feel honored. You choke me up when I contimplate how to respond to your emotive, provacative, encouraging, descriptive and endearing words. I hope to one day meet you, anywhere in the world our paths may cross.

Thank you my dear friend. I fell in love with the idea and thought of travelling to Jamaica long before I ever had my first ticket, or even a passport.

When I report, I hope to exemplify Jamaica's beauty, which has carried me through bouts of joy and pain. There is enuff discussion elsewhere and on other tourist boards discussing the non-beautitudes; for those of us who've been there, we know they exist, beyond the pictures and the fabulous travel deals we get in our inboxes.

It is the sweetest joy and reward to share what I have been so blessed to experience.

Thank you my friend for blessing my report with your presence. It is such an honor to receive honors from you

I made sure my phone and camera were charged up and ready to go

Day bag packed, I was ready for the day ahead.

Our itinerary would be YS Falls and Pelican Bar

I was hoping to get some more waterfall pictures to add to the ones I took at Mayfield. I also hoped that they would be just as beautiful

The last time I went to YS was in July 2006 and it was one of three stops on the tour. We didn’t get much time, but we had enough time to take pictures, walk a few rocks, and get some scrapes and bruises.

I was looking forward to today because we’d have more time to enjoy the place in its entirety.

Lua, thanks and....... OMG I've become so dependent on her email to remind us. Aww shucks, I was thinking it would have been next week too. I haven't missed one since I started going. So now I have to go a month without having Derrick's humor to carry me through. He is so crazee, that's why we return...and he enjoys us too

No worries gurl, we do have a few more days left

Our driver seemed intent on getting us there in TIME. Poor Kat. I kept looking in the back seat at her and she had her hand over her forehead and would look at me with an eyes at the top of her head look We laughed each time cause I knew what she meant by the gesture

When we approached the middle quarters, I kinda felt like I’d been there before but wasn’t sure because the side we were on didn’t look familiar.

Listening to people outside talk, seeing that there was lot of activity and when I heard the mention of soup and shrimp from a vendor, I knew where I was, BUT, we didn’t pull up in front, we pulled up in the back and only the driver got out

Conversation in the van ensued; Orbra got out and the rest of us followed We ordered soup, soup, and more soup. We also got some festival bread that was very good.

Onward Ho!
