I remember speaking to you on the phone when my flight was cancelled due to the hurricane in Jamaica back in 2003 or 2004. We were suppose to be on Marilyn and Angie's GFT together. You made it, I didn't

$137 to eat at Cosmos!! seriously?

i remember lo so many years ago when my future and ex sister in law ran the bar there. she did a great job .... probably too good, so Cosmo took it over.

when i was negril last sept, my so and i ate at sunrise club (which used to be a dive where i spent lots of time at ... but, that is another story) we had appetizers, drinks - he had lobster kaboob and i had the grilled lobster. we shared the grilled lobster and we ordered another. tasty, tasty. that tab was $150.

btw, Mokatee, your smile reminds me Angie B's. both so open, happy and wonderful.

StAnnMuse I remember that day almost 4 years to the date. I was getting so impatient waiting at home in anticipation of the Air Jamiaca call to tell me that the airport had been reopened and that I had a new flight. When I talked to you, I was circling LAX airport looking for a parking space to check on my flight. I was dressed in stretch pants, a gown covered by a long jacket (it was an overcast day in LA) and my headscarf, with purse and passport in hand, just in case I could get a ticket then.

I didn't get a chance to meet you, but we were there esupporting each other and hoping for the best

I've been hooked ever since I stepped foot off the plane

bink, thanks for the heads up about sunrise too. Doesn't mean I won't eat there, I'll just be mindful about what I order Yup, $137.00, I never ordered lobster from Cosmos again, and for that matter, I don't order lobster anywhere the one portion will not fill me up.
