Am in Jamaica (Negril) and having an amazing time....right now it is pissing down - or raining heavily, in normal parlance....and was checking my email, so now I'm kinda hangin out at the internet caf, waiting for the rain to ease before moving on. I am on the cliffs and am walking down, hmm, may end up jumping in a taxi....
Last night went to a place in the country near here, where they had a sound system, speakers hanging in the trees, blasting out reggae, it was great. Some heavy duty rastas hanging out in clouds of smoke
Even had a party yesterday daytime to go to, live band
Also had a nice hangout at the rum shack, outside, in Mount Airie, immediately dubbed it mount irie
talking to a 71 - looks about 50! - year old jamaican guy with 14 grand-kids around the world. And some other locals passed by. Beautiful area! Anyway, taking lots of photos so hopefully they will come out o.k. and will share them as soon as I get it organised. Back home at the weekend.
