Kevin brings me a menu. “You want pizza, Vi?”
“No, baby, can I get breakfast? Is it too late to order breakfast?”
“No mon. No problem” he quickly answers as he fills my glass up with ice water.

I order the western omelet breakfast with callaloo on the side.

I walk around, taking pictures while I wait for me vitals.









The beach is full already. Understandable because Lawd it’s a beautiful day!!! Kevin tells me my food is ready. “come sit and talk to me while I eat. Keep me company.”

A little info regarding Tamboo

They have renovated the upstairs balcony for night entertainment. I don’t have the flyer with me, but I remember a different sound of music and drink specials featured each night. Of course there will be a reggae night. I remember an R&B night and get this…a Diva Night. Bands as well as DJs are listed to perform. I wanted a sneak preview of the balcony, but the construction workers had it locked off and Kevin wouldn’t kick in the barricade. I’ll definitely check it out next reach. In the meantime, if anyone is going before I do, please check it out.

I told Kevin I want to hook him with Meeyah’s daughter when we bring her next reach. He looked shocked. He said he didn’t think Meeyah had a daughter old enough to date because she looks so young. WHAT! [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek2.gif[/img] “Kevin, sweetheart, Meeyah is mad OLD!" [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img] I tell him her daughter is over 21. He lit up. Now that I think about it…I don’t remember asking if he’s available.

My omelette is perfect and so is the callaloo. Pepper, you would truly enjoy this. You eat eggs? [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img]

Before saying good bye, Kevin snaps a couple of pictures of me. But me face all mashed up and me cheeks puffy like beef patties from crying so me noh poas ie. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif[/img]

Then, someone passing by offered to take one of us…Kevin and me. My cheeks still a little puffy, but me face noh so mash up.


It was a nice little visit. Can’t wait to go back for that PIZZA! Time to move on….time is ticking away.

I eat eggs, but not while I'm in JA. I try to stick with ackee and saltfish for breakfast. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif[/img]
