i just wanted to say thanks for sharing your photos
i lived in banff a very long time ago and your shots of banff and lake lousie brought me peace and reminded me of another time....
loved to see the 3 sisters they haven't changed much over the years
i had one of the best days of my life hiking lake lousie and the glacier behind it.....
nice to see the grizzly house still standing....great memories from there
i have seen the christmas shoppe before, but honestly it was a movie theather when i lived in town

It was hard to convince my relatives that one day would only give us a tip of the iceberg but after they got there they finally understood how vast the Park was. One of my cousins likes to do the same things I like to do and wanted to try some more hiking trails, etc. I told her if they would have listened to me we could have been better prepared to go exploring
Next time they come to Canada though
I love the 3 sisters mountains. They are so intense looking in person for some reason.

If I was permitted to take pictures inside some of the art stores I would have. We saw some beautiful First Nation and Inuit artwork. Just stunning stuff.
