we truly were so blessed with all aspects of our weekend.

**sigh** ... I am SUCH a mixed bag today ... with all our reference over the weekend to Stone Soup ... we had such a good visit yesterday with my preacher ~

I was about to go into a big schpeel about this weeks "trama" ... but - it just does not seem right to do so now ~ so I will keep it tucked away.

Marnin Sammy & welcome! Someone was always ambitious enough to make sure we had sunrise photos of every morning! [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70458-applaud.gif[/img] I missed this particular one, figuring I would catch a few more winks and rest up for the BIG DAY!

Morning brought a flurry of activity but I pretty much saved my strength for later while LulaBell and others made breakfast. I didn't bother with breakfast which got the better of me a little later in the day but it wasn't anything a few M&M's and some red licorice & a few chocolate pretzels couldn't cure! We loaded up the cars and vans with our gear, reggae music, food and last but not least..my Jamaican flag that I carry to the Blues festival every year. The pole & all looked a tad bit
weathered after spending the worst winter we had in 20 years out in the stiff north winds but it looked great on the boat!

Capt'nDudie had a crew picked out and was explaining their duties for when we set sail...



The anticipation was building to a peak and we are now all on board!



Some of us relaxed while the crew on the deck stood ready!



Pulling out of our parking spot was an amazing feat! Big up Turtledude!

We've pulled away from the marina & setting sails!





Turtledude was a great sailing tour guide, he took the time to explain all about the boat and the sails and the spagetti. Who woulda thunk there was so much involved in running those sails!

Well, this is all from me for awhile. Time to get ready and go to town for afternoon appointments, I won't be back to add more till dinnertime or so...

What a Bashment. The islands are just amazing....the pictures make me speechless. Loved the boat. Everyone looks gloriously happy. Thank you sooooooooo much for sharing. What a party!!!
