they have zip lines ALL OVER Costa Rica. The hubby almost had me convinced to try it while at Arenal. darn shame that rain prevented that death defying adventure. tsk tsk

the bigger issue for me is that riding the zip lines...is more of a thrill ride, than an opportunity to watch birds, spot wildlife in the trees or enjoy the views as you're flying along so fast.

oh those were just little berries the housekeeper took from a bush out front. I sooooooooooo hated to shower the next morning...as i felt so guilty de-limbing the cute little bugger.

Yes I understand that but if you are a thrill ride person then you could do both! The thrill only last so long, then off to do some bird watching. But then I would ride the biggest roller coaster in the world over and over and over....

WOWZA YOWZA!!! I saved this for a time slot I knew I would be relatively uninterrupted and it was sooooo worth the wait! I am sorry the weather kinda sucked, but it still looks gorgeous! I am so jealous of the flora and fauna you saw so close, and the beach looks magnificent. Great idea to buy a rocker! Did you get it yet? Home or camp? Wow. Did I say wow? I am not sure that I could do the bridges...would try like heck though. It must have been amazing to be in the lower canopy. Do you have ref pics I can tief?
