fortunately been blessed with kids who have them head on straight, they pretty mature and unfrazzled for them age.. They not easily impressed,and tend to march to their own drum.. which is refreshing..
a guess mi try reasoning and leading by example.. tend to give rope and try to use reasoning and examples with them to show why a certain way of doing things is the right way and how it benefits them in the long run.. Mi tend to have a &quot;give rope to hang yuhself&quot; approach..
if the rope run out, good old school corporal punishment is laid down.. but that's pretty rare..

thats easy.. my kids call me Rattatouie..
mi is a proud, concieted, mestro in the kitchen..
mi nuh measure and cook.. mi cook by vibes, smell and taste..

a guess my signature dish would be Stew-peas and rice or red peas soup..
Cooked the stew for some (american) friends in atlanta (during thanksgiving) once..
Yuh waan hear dem inna di deep southern drawl.. &quot;xKs maaan thee stew beeeans were sooo nice we starded feeling drunk and giiddy on it.. &quot;
Pity dem never know mi did marinate the meat inna some white rum the night before..
a few drops was also tipped into the stew
