Some. Clearly the PNP made some serious missteps with respect to macroeconomic policies. The JLP didn't do enough to help the average Jamaican after independence as unemployment climbed. The USA did attempt to de-stabalize the Manley government and the US media spread lies that scared the tourists away. The IMF played a huge part in mashing up Jamaica. Manley felt he had no option but to go to the IMF.

There is enough blame to go around.

I have a great sense of humour but when a mod with whom I have never even interacted sends me a link to a photo of a vibrator or tells me to stick a wine bottle up my private area I don't find that funny. That is rude and inappropriate. I don't call that hyper-sensitive. After that, I am not going to be open to so called jokes from that individual.
