Under Directive 51

The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive (National Security Presidential Directive NSPD-51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive HSPD-20, sometimes called simply &quot;Executive Directive 51&quot; for short), signed by United States President George W. Bush on May 4, 2007, is a Presidential Directive which specifies the procedures for continuity of the federal government in the event of a &quot;catastrophic emergency&quot;. Such an emergency is construed as &quot;any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, <span style="color: #FF6666">economy </span> , or government functions.&quot; [1]

The unclassified portion of the directive was posted on the White House website on May 9, 2007, without any further announcement or press briefings,[2] although Special Assistant to George W. Bush Gordon Johndroe answered several questions on the matter when asked about it by members of the press in early June 2007.[3]

George Bush is dangerous--very dangerous. and its been done behind the media and public knowledge at the stroke of a pen.

Henry Paulson-Treaury Dept, Bernanke, and all the Washington cronies are stirring up a plan to steal the taxpayers money, by scaring the people into this bailout plan. its not going to work, and the economy is going to plummet -then under directive 51- the us elections will be cancelled, the constitution suspended which in turn means the Posse Comitatus-meaning the Military can police the citizens of America on its own soil-because i believe there will be civil disobediance as they call it.

i know where i'm going....my ex lives on top of a high hill &amp; has an armory &amp; ammo that would make yer head spin....

i think i got just enuff gas in my tank to make a run for it....

I don't see myself as a conspiracy theorist. More as a truth seeker; all governments do is lie to the people and you have to find the truth for youiself.

You know what H_O, I thought the Bush administration was going to use some of their Islamic terrorists COLLEAUGUES to cause an outrage so they can suspend the constitution.

I don't have any theories.

Saddam didn't have WMD.
It was impossible for Oswald to fire off three shots in seven seconds - even FBI marksmen tried and couldn't do it.
Diana's car crash was no accident (OK maybe that's a theory, but the weight of evidence - if you look into it - suggests foul play).
And there are more questions than answers regarding 9/11 - for example, those towers collapsing at freefall speed, like controlled demolitions.

Oswald, according to his marine records and according to people in the marine corp who knew him, was a poor shot.
