dem "glitch" ago kill me





hear dis...


Yesterday mi place one order on their website for this toy Imanni has been wanting. I have been pricing the toy for about a month, and when I saw it was only $39.99 I was shocked! The cheapest I have seen it was $79.99 so I got 2 more things, total bill $84 and change... I place my order, get the confirmation e-mail, 6-10 days delivery... everyting criss... right?



WRONG!



2 hours later mi get next e-mail saying my card was declined


I log on to my bank website and see that they have authorized ANOTHER $84 and change

so now I have $169.00 in authorization holds for an $84 purchase






mi soon come back with the rest...

Mi call the customer service number in the e-mail and wait, and wait, and wait

I finally get a customer service person...


She sounds like she is 16 years old and I can see her eyes rolling and her bubble gum popping in my minds eye


I tell her my problem and she says "There is a glitch in our authorization system. we are sorry for the inconvenience" She tells me that "the first authorization will be charged and the second one will fall off"


ok, I am not happy but I deal with it, and think to myself I will call the bank and get the authorization removed if I need to...

This morning I get up and log onto my bank account to check my balance


They have authorized YET ANOTHER $84 and change

So I call the Customer Service number <span style="font-weight: bold">again</span> and put my cell on speaker while I get ready for work...


I did my morning routine, got in the car and drove about 20 minutes before smaddy come on the line bout &quot;toysrus.com customer service, how can I help you&quot;


I tell the lady that I am livid and about to take it out on her


I tell her everything that has happened and how I now have $254.00 in authorizations holding from <span style="font-weight: bold">my checking account </span>and a day care check that is <span style="font-weight: bold">going to bounce </span>because of dem &quot;glitch&quot; :fing
