SO I tell the lady to cancel the whole damn order

Credit me back the $254 dollars NOW and I will walk into the flippin store an get di ting myself


She put me on hold an try reach the authorizations department


After another 10 minutes she come back to me an say that the hold time too long and she will have someone from that department get back to me within 24 hours

Apparently she had not heard me clearly

Trying my best not to rip the ladies head off, I calmly explain that 24 hours is not soon enough


Did you not hear me when I said I have a DAY CARE CHECK PENDING THAT WILL BOUNCE IF THE MONEY IS NOT THERE???!!!

So I talk to the supervisor and she tell me the authorization department is backed up due to the &quot;glitch&quot;


I ask her to hold and I call my bank on 3-way


I tell the lady at the bank the situation and that I have a supervisor from toysrus.com on the line.

The supervisor gives the lady at the bank the information she needs to reverse 2 of the authorizations and I agree to keep my original order for processing


I got the direct number for the Supervisor's line @ customer service and I am watching my bank account in case one next &quot;authorization&quot; comes through...



bottom line, don't bother shoping at toysrus.com the headache is not worth the &quot;savings&quot;

Bandi, so sorry this has happened to you When making purchases online, I always purchase a Visa gift card. You can get the ones with amounts on them or you can purchase one and add money from $25.00 to $200.00. In this case things would have been handled and your checking account wouldn't be messed up.

make sure you put the toys together by christmas morning

i found that out the hard way one year

i was sitting on the floor opening boxes, undoing those dyam twisty things

and abu was anxiously breathing down my neck waiting to play

the next year everything had batteries and was ready to go when he woke up

You can get them at any major grocery store or CVS. Anywhere that they have gift cards I would think. I get mine at Giants Food Store or Safeway.
