In other words, slavery existed in Africa before the coming of the white man. While his coming can be partially blamed for the demise of Africans in the diaspora, their origin is also to be blamed.

In my book, the victim is also at fault. Any other way would be to acknowledge the superior and the inferior, rendering Africans as dumb-founded. And we don't want that

you're looking at it in a totally different way than i am...

There are differences in European slavery, the slavery in europe did not make them prey to OTHERS - or do you see that differently too? On that point, they all unite against us. Africans took the slavery even to their own families. The descendants in Europe however suffer the same fate as those of Africa.

In order to change you must get to the roots of your short-comings. The past is important for the future as we all know.

the point is that europe once had slavery, wars, conquests, plagues, starvation, etc.- everything that africa suffers with now, and still grew to become powerful;

the point is that if africa works together they can also become strong...saying it can't happen is the epitome of mental slavery

they never have for millions of years ago, they are not and they will not.

having said that, me prefer to be governed by the white man on his turf than to be governed so in africa.

africa had great powers &amp; empires when europe was not yet civilized;

the fact that you prefer to be governed by whites proves that their tactics have worked on some of us-

anyway your question of why didn't african empires survive if they were great i consider a bad question...

why didn't the greek or roman empire survive? or the babylomnian empire?
were they not great?
time can change anything if it goes on long enough...
britain was also an empire...you think the american empire will last forever?
