Here is what I think since you want to know

If you cannot afford to have a child and give the child what the child needs then doan lay down widout serious protection and be prepared to deal with the consequences if the contraception does not work. If you are not sensible enough to understand the cause effect aspect of procreation then do not do it.

Given that the child is here then it is the parents responsibility to do for the child. If the father does not want to be involved , the courts should then have him sign over his rights and for signing over his rights he agrees to donate a part of his salary forever to children's aid. That way the funds can be distributed equally for all children in need. If the man doan want pay den him cannot blame baby madda and baby. He can then now directly use the state as him excuse. </div></div>
