Why would I kid on something so serious. It is common knowledge that this is/was going on for some time now. How do you think some criminals could know exactly where to lay wait incoming locals and attack them? I don't know or wouldn't say that this is the reason for the cell phone banning. People were calling for it long ago because of the attacks, probbably the government just too embarassed to say this is the reason. In any case, it is a welcome idea.

Worker tell confederate where you are going, confederate outside call other confederates and describe incoming peeps car, and plate number and and pass it on to criminals to follow them. Common knowledge. I have friends who give wrong addresses on that card they fill out just to avoid being followed.

It might not happen in Cuba, but this happens in other places as well, including Haiti. Somehow these news spread and all the islands copy each other, as how Jamaica copy kidnappings from Trinidad.

story the other day in the paper suggested that in many cases in Jamaica the &quot;victims&quot; were implicated in the plot.
