That one day... black people will rise up and stop getting over excited just because a brown man with a white mother became president of the USA, after so many centuries of black people being in that strange country.

I have a nightmare... that one day... black people will realise that his policies will differ in no meaningful way from those of any former or future US president.

I have a nightmare... that one day... black people in the US will realise that they are just as broke, oppressed and discriminated against as they were on 20th January 2009.

I have nightmare... that one day... black people will discover and that the only real change in their life is a change of president: from an idiot to a photogenic and brilliant orator - because that's how he was trained to deliver speeches and that's why he was selected.

Mine eyes have seen the coming of the angry media backlash over the failing economy and the continued disastrous foreign policy.

Yes, business as usual in as much as life goes on. I don't expect President Obama to perform miracles, he no doubt has an extremely tough job on his hands. But today was truly momentous and historic.
