You are either dumb or just like lying. Clinton took over with the USA's Economy in the doldrums. George Bush took over the country with a US$150Bil Surplus, no wars where the USA was directly involved, the World Economy was stable having grown throughout the Clinton Years.
Today the USA in involved in two wars directly, many more indirectly, the USA's economy is in peril, the USA has moved to openly torturing human beings and spying on its own Citizens. Cleary something has changed

It would help if commentators read widely, think carefully leave the judgment of intent, when they don't make the same effort to determine the facts as they clearly do to tar and feather a person’s reputation based on the wild swings of their own addled minds.

Even hardened professionals who have their own constituents to service, their own self-interests to care for and who have taken the time to investigate the plans <span style="font-style: italic">(such as are available)</span> of the New Administration have come away with the thinking that this guy is at least serious about what he says he is going to do.

Everyone knows <span style="font-style: italic">(or should know by now)</span>, that there is generally a chasm between intent and delivery, but intelligent persons understand that you cannot judge intent based in one inch in a patchwork quilt.

The USA and the World's Economy went through 15 straight years of expansion between the time of Bill Clinton's first term and George Bush’s second term the Rich got Richer but the Poor also benefited. George Bush did neglect the Infrastructure in favour of wars but there must have been some amount of doing good over the 200+ years of the USA existence for the country to have moved from grub stake to consuming 2/3 of the world's output.
Of course reality escapes you because you have zero intention of troubling yourself with the facts, the only items of any import to you is the two loose screws rolling around in your noggin!
