..and they were only creating 'subjects back then, not citizens with all the rights that civilized countries guarantees.
That sort of treatment was only meted out to black children then. because they were being relieved of any self worth, as there were no place for them in society if they expected much of themselves.
not much gas changed on the part of the system,but <span style="font-weight: bold">the children today expect more</span>.
It was similar treatment that the US military meted out to black Jamaicans during the war,and it resulted in much violent rioting </div></div>
