The prosecutor got a Court Order for taping him. His Lead Counsel dropped him because he would not shut up.
I don't really think that that Patrick Fitzgerald care too much about the trial whether he wins or not...In Blago's own words The Fix Is In.
I think Patrick Fitzgerald fell on a sword for the POTUSA.
