I already conceded the point that criminals will find targets of least resistance. My larger point is that when criminals target those with guns - to take their guns - they have already factored in the possibility - even if slightly - that they may be shot in the process. Obviously, they plan for that possibility or they wouldn't have gone ahead. And sometimes they are 'successfull' and sometimes they are not. So they will go after an officer in the armed forces, for example, rather than lay seige to Up Park Camp or a police station. And in case you are not aware, people in Upper St. Andrew are being targeted for their guns, yes high colour people, but those incidents are not always publicized.
