well it sounds like you need to confine the dog to maybe one room until helearns the etiquette of the house and also - the kids need to walk him on a regular schedule maybe mornings and nights an tel dem dat if dem don;t do it then he has to go.

Pnce the dog knows that he will be walked regularly he will stop going in the house...
