Why do people who look like them face is in the wrong place, love post them pictures on Facebook (or on the Internet for that matter) and then invite people to go look at them?

Speaking of Facebook, why do &quot;some&quot; people (of the other pursuasion mostly) agonize over their facebook status?

This woman who work on the slave ship with me is more broken up about changing her facebook profile/status back to single after her violent breakup with her boyfriend, than her black eyes and broken wrist.

Am I the only one who notice that more people are LOGGING ON to the INTERNET to access bulletin boards such as this JUST to ask questions that they can Google themselves? Questions like:

<span style="font-style: italic">Does anyone know what the number is for the Jamaican Embassy in New York? How much is it to rent a car at Hertz? How do you spell Jamaica Grande? </span>

Like <span style="font-weight: bold">why don't U just google the damn thing?</span> I have to wonder if they think they come across as someone trying to learn by asking.
