Even if you successfully counter attack their use of copyrighted symbols, all you are going to do is to draw far wider attention to their boycott and lead to more people joining it.
Don't think that they haven't gone over every possibility and detail with their very talented lawyers. They're an extremely experienced, wealthy, and effective lobbying group.

I just click on the link but I didn't see the Marley reference the Red Stripe use as you said would put them in the clear.

That is not the only thing he has said but it interesting that he kept talking about bowing to pressure when there was really no great pressure he just basically bowed to stupidity by going on Hard Talk and making a fool of himself.
