A new website, Boycott Jamaica, has been launched which calls for an international boycott of Jamaican products and tourism until the state relaxes legislation against homosexuals and takes action against homophobia.
It singles out two Jamaican products, Myers Rum and Red Stripe beer and also recommends a list of alternative vacation destinations.
"Isn’t it time we stop rewarding this hate state with our tourism dollars? Isn’t it time to stop drinking Jamaican beverages, such as Myers Rum and Red Stripe Beer?" said a statement on the homepage of the website.
The site also uses as its tagline, the lyric "Let’s Get Together and Feel Alright", taken from Bob Marley's 'One Love', perhaps the best-known Jamaican song overseas.

Thank God....at least that's one set a decadent smaddy we'll no longer have to deal with. Now if we can just get rid a de topless sunbathers and de rent a dread patronizers, we'll be all set.
