Is wah kine of people you work wid so dat you cyaan fine not one ting fi say? Is only professional tings you can say? You can say you like dem shoes, and handbag and di man de suit? Tell dem say dem 'articulate' and 'clean'

Seriously go look up some adjective and try assign dem...Hardworking, goes the extra mile, always willing to help, always has a pleasant dispostion, good public speaker, good communication skills.........

this is the exercise to really tell them what you want them to know

for example:

<span style="font-weight: bold">i really like how you keep me informed</span> (real meaning - hey buddy keep me in the loop from now on)

<span style="font-weight: bold">you always me feel like a part of the team</span> (please cc me on those emails from now on)

<span style="font-weight: bold">you are so open to others ideas</span> (listen to me you fool)
<span style="font-weight: bold">
i always know that your work is accurate</span> (check that stuff over again before you send it out)

ya nuh - corporate speak - let me know if you need more

I am sure boss lady wants us to say something professional.

What kind of people do I work with? Well one co-worker said he would say this about person X "I like working with her because she doesn't make me want to commit suicide."

His other one was "she is one of the top 5 stupidest people at this company"

NO worries there.

Actually my role was reorged and I was moved to this team. At the time they told me, my first impression was 'great, now I get to work with a bunch of loosers'

Here is another one, just so you don't think I am being harsh.

We are in a training. Mgr ask for an example of how this product would help our international customers.

One eeidiat raise har hand and says, we have customers in Dade, Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Our product will enable each of them to have the same user experience and those in the Ft Lauderdale office.
