Mr. DotCom nearly lost him gullets when him read that quote that they attached to Bolt, but what me told him was that, Bolt was raised in a different time [and place] than our generation so he might have a point.

We might not have been exposed, but neither were we exposed to the type of dancing, lyrics and open behavior from tourists we see coming from out of Jamaica today.

Putting it allllll in perspective.

Good point and I agree. The opposition leader here in the UK admitted tekkin ganja earlier in his yute and the media had a chukkle and fun day wid him fi it. After few days all get quiet and forgotten.

Better to say it earlier so when the time to shine comes them have no ammo left to spin and and smear their target.

As I recall in the 80;s UWI tried to do a study on people who had never smoked weed and those who had.. they could not find suffcient sample of non smokers....

As for weed personally I know matured dry pangola grass give a better high...

As for the concentration on the United states.. it is worth while to note that it is not illegal to have small amounts of weed or coke for personal use in Columbia....

As for the history stated on the decrimiliastion of MJ... it strikes me that it concentrated too much on the use in the US...

Like I once said the stuff grows wild in Steppes of Russia and the Stans....

I dont smoke the stuff but I am against the decrimilisation of it in the US.. why Machettes cant compete against industrial agriculture....

The truth is that every child in every country, with normally developed fine motor skills <span style="font-weight: bold">can roll a Jamaican 'spliff'</span>.
Children use paper to make cones everyday. They may not know that is the way Jamaicans 'joint' is rolled, but they all have the abillity.
the abillity to use a piece of paper to make a cone is the same.
Just because they can roll it does not mean they smoke it.

i doubt they could have quoted him like that if he didn't say it...hence the subsequent retraction or tempering of his statements;
i even see some jamaicans on here claiming that most jamaicans have tried ganja, which i know to be false;
last year some even tried to dis bob marley about how bad he talked in interviews and how nicely spoken bolt is;
but is not the sweetness of the speech or twanging, its the content; even bob marley who smoked as pound of herbs never claimed most jamaicans smoke herb...
but he is young; i certainly hope he learns from this
