Maybe your friend aflicted can get one for yoy. He was doing a master s there. Or If you have INFOTRAC at your local library ,you may be able to get a pasword

So you are hoping for destruction, remember Iceland, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, etc started off with less resources than we had. They have been successful for decades whilst we have retrogressed, if they are failing, have failed they are doing so in a climate of world market and economic failure, in Jamaica case we have been terminal since the late 70s.

Jamaica got political soprt of independence, We still did not get control oif the economy. It is the economy that really controls the country.
