The report said he was an offender almost as soon as he got here, so the fact that he has been here since 16 and he is now 46 mean nothing if he started to offend early and have had according to the report a long rap sheet. How is the USA responsible for his problems?
The guy was a teenager when he got to the USA, who know what his life was before he came here?

Why not stick to the facts in this case. The other case means nothing without the facts surrounding it and you cannot just willy-nilly substitute on persons case for another.
Even if it both cases were identical once you are a citizen of another country you are deportable. It would be the same if a USA Citizen lived in Jamaica for 20 years, kept offending and re-offending his or herself and was deported to the country in which he or she was born in.
There have been such cases where Jamaica did not hesitate to deport the offender.

whatever TG. I am not trying to prove anything. I AGREE that when a person who left his home of birth as a child and is then deported as an adult it SUCKS because they know little about the place. What facts about that do I have to prove? Where did I say they shouldnt be deported?

Being in the country illegally is the main one. In Canada if you are only a landed immigrant they apply something similar to the 3 strikes rule and deport you.

Yes, it can - especially if you're here illegally.

If you're here illegally and do <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic"><span style="text-decoration: underline">almost</span></span></span> anything wrong, it could <span style="font-style: italic"><span style="font-weight: bold">possibly</span></span> get you deported.

Matters little what the crime or offense is - the deportation is hung on the major fact that you're here illegally. That's what drives the boat - being here illegally. The offense just brings you up on the radar screen.

Remember that in most cases no judge is involved. they get the victims to sigh waver claiming sometimes that it is bail bond. Most don't even bother to read. Some can't. So they don't see any judge.

But even if you are broght before one of their courts, it is similar to railroading. Most honest immigration lawyer won't take the acse. thati i because they don't follow the normal rules of courts in the US.
