Well in response I would have to say thay as you know the bank of england control our interest rate,and that is a system whereby they attempt to stabilise the economy by putting up or cutting interest rate,...but you know as well that that isnt controlling the economy,it is us consumers that control the economy by how much we spend,and how much we borrow.

And the lack the skill avoid the down turn because they engage incompetent consultants to advise and direct them.

Since they knew they did nothav ethe skills. The problem is that they did not realize thatthe majority of the socalled consultants , were more 'cons, than they are 'ultant'.

The bible did say the fool and his money will part. At least some of these fools money did part with them.

It can only try to comtrol the rates,. this is becaus ether arr many variable involved. Any of which can be used by commercial banks to make a profit. and they latter always take advantage of every oportunity to do so.

In theory you might be correct that the economy is not own by anyone ,But as a practical matter it is different situation.
A Good example is the banking system and the stock exchange.
these are listed as corporations but they are own by indivuals.
David smith the currency trader felt the wrath of these people because he dare to make &quot;real money&quot; without their consent .
The banks control who can and cannot get access to capital to finance their business ideas .of course they will finance mom and pop operation at a high interest rate,
let a ordinary black Jamaican try to get financing for a major tourist project ,i can guarantee that the major player in this industry will make sure he does not get this money

Thuis is becauswe you havecontracted to sell it to him/her for an agreed some over specified time. If something should haopen that cause you ti be unbabkle to work, he will suffer financiaklis. As a result he probably has insurance on your productitivity loss.
This Insurance is cakled 'key man' insurance and is very commonly used in commerce.

Close to what truth, who is trying to shut him up?
This guy gets paid to deliver a regular column to the Gleaner. I have a collection of rants, written in a similar vein spanning at least 3 years.
It is apparent that conspiracy theorists, race baiters, fear mongers and bigots have at least one thing in common, they all share a sense of persecution as if someone unknown one is working diligently to shut them down, even as they remain free to bellow out into the market place.
