The only useful means of effecting change here is to report it the moderators.
every other actions about behavior is simply opinions which others ignore as they have the right to do.
if any attempt at calling out people is directed as effecting change it is simply a complaint. every community have their rules.
and the rules of change here is the use of the whistle.
any other action to effect change is a hollow complaint which is nothing more than an annoyance to posters.

discussions are organic.. they tend to develop much more in parell than in a stright linear manner much like history....

No it is not a yard ting.. I attend alot of meetings where there is a tendency to go off in an irrelevant direction without adressing the central issue.... Now I work wth a transnational which has multiple discplines to bring projects to frution. security, legal, operations, research, procurment, HSE, HR, Finane, trading, cointracts all have to be in alligment and each has issues that need resolving before a project gets off. they have the tendency todevelop by committiee.. This is lead by very smart people.. I meant they recuit the pHDS, the creme de la creme of the planet... who are issue and process focused... Too often they go down blind allies and ignore the fundamentals....( one guy tells me that I am worth my wait in gold to take to meetings as I can sit doddling for 2 hours listening to the chat then come in an by shear force of personality get them to focus on the issue... Think if the personalities on here as different departments who beleive that their small kingdom are the sole function of the empiire... they have to converse.. But they need Wahalla to cut the gordian knot of crap that builds around the fundamental issue....
