Thanks for this TG...I usually don't watch this guy's show, so this cuddah missed me.

Interestingly enough. he is upset that MJ's &quot;idolization and worship&quot; replaced all the other misinformation and disinformation that we are forced to swallow in our living rooms on a daily basis..much of it being &quot;<span style="font-weight: bold">yellow journalism and tabloid journalism&quot;</span>...if we can even dignify some of their crappo to call it that.

I clearly remember when Anna Nicole Smith died, and all the TV news, print and internet media were running the story 24/7..a Mus-lim fellow on the job commented that that is why Americans are so stupid, instead of talking about the war in Iraq, watching &quot;real news&quot; we were WASTING so much time to pay attention to coverage of her/Smith's death and the question of who is the father of her child.

So these folks who are irritated by NOT seeing what they want to see when they want to see it, come in a very many colours, shapes, ideology and even size...[this dude was so short, it was sad; but a master practitioner in his field]

Suffice it to say, I think he, the Congressman is being honest in his opinions...at least he called a spade a spade, and didn't mince his words..<span style="font-weight: bold">NOBODY CAN CALL HIM A HYPOCRITE </span>..as they say in the hood, &quot;he tell it like it is&quot;..said what he felt and didn't say what &quot;they&quot; wanted to hear, regardless of whose feelings got hurt or feathers ruffled. What he has failed to acknowledge is American media is notorious for sensationalizing everything..this is what they thrive on, seldom anything of real substance....except for stations like PBS et al. Afterall, we must be kept distracted from the pains and the ills that face the society, which is what I did tell my Mus-lim friend, for various and sundry reasons...fill in yours.

I don't think he was being racist; he made statements which HE CANNOT PROVE, in an effort to gain attention, and steal the spotlight...hey! Everyone wants his/her one minute of fame..

He is dishonest, non-PC and very insensitive, ..heartless...he could have considered the family's feelings at this sad time...not to mention the feelings of all his fans...and black people in general..Now he's had his 1 minute of fame at MICHAEL JACKSON's EXPENSE..

This should come as NO surprise, for as they say <span style="font-weight: bold">cock moute kill cock</span>..his tirade only proves that although he is a &quot;Congress-person&quot; he is still unfamiliar with and IGNORANT of the law that states that a person is innocent of a charge until proven guilty in a court of law...Michael settled to get the vultures off his back...settling is no admission of guilt..
