From speaking with the good good people at Irie Music Festival which runs August 1 - 3 at Nathan Phillips Square and Queens' Park... if the strike is not over by then, they will move the activities from Nathan Phillips Square over to Queens Park.

how long as in Time? it goes from about 8:30 and finish at noon. the parade route is about 26 city blocks long.
