<span style="font-size: 14pt"> Why the police departments are likely to harass and unlawfully imprison black men,and some women too.
The training of police force instill in them the necessity of maintaining complete control of the suspect.
They are taught to evaluate the behavior of suspects as a means to recognize when the threshold of control is breached.
This standard of acceptable behavior is different between blacks and whites. They consider it normal for whit person to know their rights and object to being treated unlawful .
They also expect the white person to recognize and object to it.
It the white person does not appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of some drug, they will allow this behavior with a warning.
The black people on the other hand have over the centuries been socialized to be submissive even if unlawful acts by the police is committed against them.
Well they learn this by attrition. Those who don't learn it over the years, simply don't survive.
The problem is that this is an unnatural behavior of human beings. This i sa natural behavior of dogs. (that is why they are man's best friend).

The requirement is that human have to take on the psychological characteristic of a a dog, is very stressful for the average suspect.
You see is is natural for dogs to submit to bully ism.
But human nature reacts the opposite. So when in contact with members of the police fraternity, black human beings have to react unnaturally.
As a result it is very stressful ,and more so when in the company of people who normally respect the accused,like family and neighbors.
Although it is very stressful, in the name of survival, blacks have come to recognize it as a tool to survive such contacts.
Over time the police have come to accept this unnatural and ther efore stressful reaction as the normal behavior of decent law abiding blacks.
So much so that it has been incorporated in the training as the normal behavior of decent law abiding blacks.
As a result if a black person deviate from this unnatural reaction, and act in what is their normal,but unusual behavior in such contacts, the police officer interprets it as a sign of an escalation of a situation and probably a sign of being guilty of something.
Their only tools on reducing the esculation is to become aggressive.since they believe that normal blacks react to aggression with a submissive behavior. Well they are taught so in training school.
thsi lead to the unlawful use of force in many instances and unlawful arrests.
The problem is that the department usually side with the officer or officers involved.
Th reason for this behavior is that the officers in training, taught them that is the right way to deal with situations as those.
So we may punish that police officer,but we are doing nothing about the root of the matter.
therefore black men will be treated unlawfully,with no recourse, until the society decides that this is unconstitutional and should be addressed.
They coul drealize that it is <span style="font-weight: bold">unprofitable</span> before though.
Then we will see how fast America can act.
and They we will have real rapid transformation.</span>
