so your little sister is caucasian;
ok- so by these GUYS' definition, 'caucasians' are native to all over the world...including northern africa;
yet they don't say that southern europe's people are 'negroes'...
so caucasians are indegenous to all the continents, but 'negroes' are only indegenous to africa???...

No,no,no,..you are getting it all mixed up,CAUCASIANS,and NEGROES could also be described as the same people,but for the purpose of identifying different races and different ethnicity, the differing adjective terms are applied,you are correct in that the word "negroes" could also be applied to some people in southern europe,...however,...for the purpose of this argument let`s just stick with the reason the anthropological terms are used to describe different races.
The term "negro" is not a race,...it simply means BLACK in spanish, portugues,and in ancient italian,..it is only a way of describing people of that colour,...so therefore anyone,whether of african or european descent can be described as a negro if they are black.
And yes,...my little sister could call herself a caucasian if she so wish,as it also means very light to brown skin person,..which she is.
I am kinda half agreeing with you because I havent yet come across any data suggesting that african blacks have come up with any defining anthropological definition for their race,..and the definitions on race has been by done by white people.
