Bwoy SistaCtry, people would choke on them lunch if they had any idea how common this is

If she did indeed consent to a gang bang from the beginning and then cried rape them fiyah for her ....but I just dont trust that this is the case.

four of them happen to be all interested in doing the same thing and she says yes so easily but cant get her phone back

is just how me see it cause I know ppl will disagree with me on this.

that is exactly what happened in the story I was mentioning. the girl was obviously attacked, the police had all the culprits. the way the whole thing was handled was eye opening to say the least.

the suspects were allowed to change their garments- one asked me to switch shirts with him! can you believe it.

in any case the girl succumbed and changed her story. everyone knew what she was doing but she was dropping the charges to avoid the agony of going through being dragged through the muck. she was on a plane home the very next morning, and so were the rapists.

however, some justice was meted out.

p.s. on the news last night the 'suspects' were giving some interviews upon their release. it was odd, must have been old tape, but they were showing them still cuffed as they were being released.

they seemed more than comfortable with what happened being termed consensual, yet then one of them blabbed on about how much respect he has for women, his whole family was full of women, sisters, aunts, etc.

however a consensual gang bang did not strike an dischord with those warm sentiments of respecting womanhood.

It's been reported that she confessed / recanted when she was confronted with video. Video surveillance from campus security showing that she wasn't where she said she was at the time as well as cell phone recording.

<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="text-decoration: underline">Also</span> </span>- one of the boys taped the sex / assault with his cell phone and the cell phone video apparently shows that it was totally consensual. She confessed when she saw the cell phone recording.

DA now deciding if they're going to press charges against her.

Hofstra University today suspended a student who recanted claims that she was gang-raped by five men in a dorm bathroom during a party.

At the same time, Hofstra spokeswoman Melissa Connolly said the school had lifted a suspension against the one student among the five suspects who attended the Nassau County school.

The 18-year-old freshman, Danmell Ndonye, accused the five men of rape on Tuesday, saying she had been attacked during a party on Saturday night.

Ndonye recanted a day later after prosecutors told her a video of the liaison exists, sources told The Post.

"Late [last night] ... the alleged victim of the sexual assault admitted that the encounter that took place early Sunday morning was consensual," said Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice on Wednesday.

The four suspects, who had been arrested -- including 21-year-old Hofstra student Rondell Bedward -- were released from jail Wednesday night. Each had faced up to 25 years behind bars.

"I have launched an immediate criminal investigation into the statements and reports given by the woman in connection with this incident," Rice said, adding that her office is investigating possible charges against the woman for filing a false police report.

A lawyer for one of the those arrested, Kevin Taveras, 20, said video of the sexual encounter refutes allegations that the victim was tied up and forcibly attacked.

Victor Daly-Rivera said Thursday that the video resembled "a porn movie."

"It showed just the opposite of what the allegations were. There was no tying up, there was no bruising, there was no screaming," he said.

He said one of the five accused men shot the video on a cell phone. He would not say which one.

"Innocent until proven guilty!" shouted an elated Taveras, 20, a Cablevision worker from Brentwood, LI, after walking out of jail. "I’m so happy. I’m glad to be going home."

His 19-year-old step-brother, Stalin Felipe, said that although he was "very happy the truth came out, I’m still embarrassed. ... I have no comment for that girl."
