In our area she wouldn't get bail until the bus start running or some family home for her. Even the hospitals , if we discharge an patient after hour from the emergency room , we have i give them taxi ticket and put them in a cab. It is part of the taxes we pay a for the safety of the citizens. Not every jurisdiction value the safety of their citizens at the same level. where does it say she was smoking weed laced with pcp??

she was wrong for not paying her bill...but the herb had nothing to do with that issue...and how many people here drink alcohol? having posession of that back in 1920 could get you arrested too but now you enjoy a cocktail with friends;

i blame dutty babylon if anything happens to her...
people without firtshand knowlege about how police work can speculate...those of us who know how babylon work know seh dem is one dirty set of muthasuckas;
